Right of access to information

The right of access to information held, possessed, or supervised by the Šibenik Tourist Board is governed by the Right of Access to Information Act (Official Gazette 25/13, 85/15, 69/22). The amount of the fee is determined by the Criteria for Determining the Amount of Compensation for Actual Material Costs and Costs of Providing Information (Official Gazette 12/14, correction 15/14).

The Act prescribes the principles of the right of access, exceptions to the right of access, and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right of access to information. The goal of the Act is to enable and ensure information for natural and legal persons through the openness and transparency of public authorities, in accordance with the law.

Submitting a request

The right to information is exercised by submitting a request to the Šibenik Tourist Board. If the request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill out the Request for Access to Information form, which you can submit:

  • by mail to the address: Turistička zajednica grada Šibenika, Fausta Vrančića 18, 22000 Šibenik
  • by email to the information officer: info@visitsibenik.hr
  • in person at the Šibenik Tourist Board office, on workdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

There is no additional fee required when submitting the form.
