Vina Rak Winery is located in Dubrava, in the hinterland of Šibenik. Our family tradition of viticulture and winemaking dates back to 1960, and we have since integrated modern processes and state-of-the-art grape processing equipment. Our focus on specific varieties remains unchanged: Babić, Maraština, and Opolo made from Babić. Three indigenous varieties, one unique terroir, and six labels.
Our wines are aged in oak barrels in the winery's cellar. Our approach combines inherited practices with continuous investment in equipment, from grape reception to bottling. The result is a selection of wines that carry the distinct character of the hinterland, setting them apart from coastal varieties.
Our on-site tasting room can accommodate up to fifty guests. We offer daily tastings of six wines from three varieties—Babić, Maraština, and Debit—accompanied by cold platters featuring local prosciutto, sheep's milk cheese, olives, and olive oil. Guest rooms are also available on the estate. Prior reservation is required for vineyard tours and large group visits.
