All vineyards are situated on red soil with a small percentage of stone. The winery emphasizes that this terroir gives the wine a distinct personality compared to white soil or pure rock: a softer texture and a specific depth. Of the two hectares owned, 1.2 hectares are young plantings, while the remainder consists of older vineyards with vines over fifty years old. The training system is a double cordon with three spurs. Yields are strictly controlled: a maximum of 1.5 kg per vine for white varieties and 1.2 kg for red.
The 160-square-meter cellar is built underground, serving as the space for processing, vinification, and aging. The selection includes Debit and Maraština for white wines, and Plavina, Lasin, and Babić for red varieties. Annual production is approximately 20,000 liters, resulting in about 25,000 bottles across six labels. Some of the raw material is sourced from partner growers who work under the winery's supervision and guidance.
