Robert Visiani Park is one of the most beautiful Dalmatian parks, where landscape design and the natural environment blend together.

It features a rich diversity of Mediterranean flora and honors a man who brought fame to Šibenik in the past—Robert Visiani, a renowned researcher of our flora and the restorer of the oldest botanical garden in Europe, located in Padua.

The park was established around 1895 and is located in the city center between Poljana and the Šibenik waterfront. It underwent a thorough renovation in 1995, when the park was replanted primarily with Mediterranean vegetation. It is especially beautiful during Advent, when it hosts the Šibenik Christmas market.
