Production at the tavern is based on a deep respect for history and local identity. Highlights include "Glu" wine, named after a novel by Zvonko Madunić, and "Ritonšek," a unique wine made from dried grapes. The name "Ritonšek" is derived from the Danilo rhyton, a ritual vessel from the 5th millennium BC, the remains of which were found at the nearby Bitinj site in Danilo.

All raw materials come from nearby vineyards and orchards, grown using old-fashioned natural methods without the use of chemicals or artificial fertilizers, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity of the products.

In addition to wine, the tavern distills various brandies and liqueurs, including grape brandy (loza), herbal brandy (travarica), walnut liqueur (orahovica), sour cherry liqueur (višnjevača), as well as fig and jujube liqueurs. Each product is the result of attention to detail and the preservation of original recipes. Visitors have a unique opportunity to witness the entire creation process – from harvesting grapes and preparing for production to the distillation itself after fermentation is complete. This interactive approach allows guests to experience firsthand the traditional journey of creating natural and authentic delicacies from the Dalmatian hinterland.

Beyond visiting the estate itself, authentic products from the "Hrvatska priča" tavern are also available in the heart of Šibenik. Their recognizable stand is located next to the famous "Boy with an Umbrella" statue, where passersby and tourists can find and purchase homemade wines, brandies, and liqueurs. This brings a touch of tradition and natural flavors from the family estate directly to the city streets, making these authentic delicacies accessible to all visitors.
