Franjić Family Farm from Gradac near Ružić produces cow, goat, sheep, and donkey milk, along with a wide range of dairy products—fresh cheeses, yogurts, mozzarella, and traditional cheese from a goatskin sack.
This breed is known for milk with a high fat and protein content, which forms the basis of their product range. Plans are underway to build an on-site dairy with a tasting room, allowing guests to experience the production process firsthand.
