It is known as a hub for Big Game Fishing and features an eco-certified ACI marina. Its cultural heritage includes the Baroque Church of Our Lady of Health from 1722 and numerous votive chapels in the surrounding area. Recreational amenities include the well-maintained Lučica and Lovišća beaches, as well as a network of hiking trails connecting the coast to viewpoints in the hinterland.
