Located at the entrance to the St. Anthony Channel, opposite Šibenik, Jadrija beach is situated in the seaside settlement of the same name and is accessible by boat or road, making it one of the most popular summer destinations for locals.
Jadrija is a traditional city beach that originated in the early 20th century and developed into a signature summer retreat for the people of Šibenik. The characteristic colorful cabins along the shore have become a visual symbol of the area. The beach is a combination of concrete and pebble sections, set against a pine forest that provides natural shade and a pleasant microclimate during the summer months.
The sea is clean and gradually deepens, making the beach suitable for families, as well as for spending the whole day and enjoying recreational activities. Jadrija can be reached by boat from Šibenik or by road across the bridge.
