The St. Ivan Olive Oil Center in Vodice produces extra virgin olive oil and offers a tasting room and guided tours of the production facility.
In the 150-square-meter tasting room, visitors are guided through the entire production process, from fruit intake to bottling, accompanied by tastings of various olive oil varieties, local cheese, and prosciutto.
