Cocktails are prepared using seasonal and local ingredients such as olive oil, figs, lavender, fennel, sage, juniper, rosemary, and basil. They also incorporate varenik, travarica, sea stone broth, and even cheese from a sheepskin sack. The cocktails bear local names like Šjor, Barone, Djevojka sa sela, or Kalelarga, and the new signature cocktail menu is designed in the style of a herbarium.

The space combines tradition with a modern touch—warm earthy tones and living plant walls give it a distinct character. Cocktails are served in a "susak," a traditional Dalmatian wooden cup, as well as in glassware sourced from flea markets and antique shops. The selection includes around 60 whiskies, 40 gins, and 20 rums, with a menu that changes seasonally—offering "Šibenik-style gin" around St. Martin's Day, and winter creations like "Winter is coming" or "Mulled Maraschino."

The bar hosts a regular program: weekend performances featuring jazz, blues, klapa groups, and local bands, as well as Wednesday spirit tastings, home cocktail-making workshops, themed nights, and "Cocktail & Paint" sessions. It occasionally hosts bartending competitions and guest appearances by international mixology masters.
