The family story began during World War II, when the great-grandfather arrived in Šibenik from Macedonia. The business was continued by his son, grandfather Afet, then by the parents, and today, the grandchildren also work in the shop.

The selection has expanded over time—the shop started by making ice cream, and gradually introduced a pastry menu featuring cream cakes, baklava, cream puffs, and other sweets.

Today, the treat the shop is most famous for is the kiflić, a traditional Šibenik specialty, along with sour cherry strudel and a wide selection of cakes and tortes. The mother of the family, assisted by two master bakers, remains in charge of preparing the dough for piroške, kiflić, and strudels.
