The entire park is designed as a faithful replica of an old, indigenous Dalmatian Hinterland village, with building elements made of original hewn stone and century-old wood, giving visitors the feeling of stepping back in time. The central building of the park is an authentic old house with a tavern, a bedroom, a loom, and a traditional kitchen with an open hearth. The outdoor area includes a pen with farm animals, a garden with indigenous herbs, and workshops for traditional crafts.

Etnoland successfully bridges history and modern tourism through an innovative approach, offering a state-of-the-art 360° interactive multimedia spectacle that brings the region's history to life through the audiovisual stories of grandparents. Visitors are greeted by hosts in traditional folk costumes with a traditional welcome drink, and the complex features an authentic restaurant where food is served as part of the experience, including Drniš prosciutto and traditional dishes. The park is fully adapted to the needs of modern visitors, with accessible paths and restrooms for people with disabilities, and after the tour, guests can visit a traditional market and a souvenir shop featuring exclusively local products.
